Benthom is based in Preston, and that is where most of our work starts. As a high-end construction contractor in the city, we focus on bespoke homes, renovations and developments in and around Preston, South Ribble, Lytham and the surrounding areas. Being local means we know the streets, the plots and the people involved – from planners and consultants to trades and suppliers.A large amount of our work sits in established suburbs and nearby towns such as Penwortham, Bamber Bridge and Lostock Hall, as well as the villages that run out towards Longton, Woodplumpton and Goosnargh. We also work along the coast in and around Lytham and Lytham St Annes, where clients are often looking for a calm, high-quality build to match the setting.
Although Preston is our base, we comfortably cover a much wider patch across Lancashire. We regularly take on projects in South Ribble, Lytham and Lytham St Annes, and we are often asked to look at sites further out across the county – including the Fylde coast, the Ribble Valley and the rural belts between Garstang, Lancaster and Chorley.
