A once-derelict barn on Factory Lane has been transformed into a landmark private residence: a fully bespoke seven-bedroom home created around the customer’s brief from day one. Every element – from the layout of the living spaces to the finer joinery and finishes – was carefully developed with the customer, resulting in a home that delivers exactly what they envisaged and comfortably sits in the super-luxury bracket.

Renovation and extension of the Barn function suite and adjoining courtyard at Bartle Hall, a country house hotel and wedding venue. The works combined a full upgrade of the hotel’s drainage infrastructure with a complete reworking of the courtyard and a new frontage to the Barn, turning a tired external area into a cohesive, guest-focused events space.

A limited collection of three new-build homes on Cow Hill, each conceived as a grand five-bedroom residence with four distinct living spaces and six bathrooms. Customers were invited into the design process from an early stage, allowing layouts and key spaces to be tailored to how they wanted to live day to day. The result is a trio of quietly luxurious houses with generous proportions, considered detailing and a level of specification that firmly places them in the upper tier of modern family homes.
