Preston is where Benthom began and it remains at the centre of what we do. As a luxury bespoke builder based in the city, most of our projects sit in and around Preston and the wider Lancashire area, from new-build homes on the edge of town to quiet rural works a short drive away.
Working close to home means we know the local planning context, consultants and trades, and we understand how people here want to live. That familiarity lets us put more time and care into each project, rather than spreading ourselves thin across the country.

While Preston is home for us, our work naturally extends to nearby towns such as Lytham, Penwortham and Lancaster, as well as the wider North West. We are often asked to become involved where customers are looking for a more considered level of build and project management than they might find locally.
